If you'd like to report an issue you experienced with a driver during a ride:
- Open your Revel app and head to the Receipts page under the menu options.
- Choose the ride during which this issue occurred
- Scroll down to the bottom of the receipt and select Report an issue with this ride then Issue with driver.
- In your message, be sure to provide as much detail as possible about your feedback or issue you experienced with a driver so our team can assist promptly.
We take reports of driver issues very seriously. Each report is carefully reviewed to ensure we maintain a high standard of service.
