To report an item left behind during a recent Revel ride:
- Open your Revel app and head to the Receipts page under the menu options.
- Select the ride where you believe you left your item behind.
- Scroll to the very bottom of the receipt and select Find Lost Item.
- In your message, provide us with details about your lost item and any unique identifiers such as color, brand, serial number, or model number.
Our team will file your lost item report and reach back out to you if the item is found. If a drop off is coordinated, a $15 fee is charged to your account once your lost item is returned to pay a driver for their time.
