At Revel, we take all Rideshare issues seriously.
You can report an issue with your ride two ways:
- After the ride has ended:
- Open your Revel app and tap the menu icon at the top left (you must be logged in)
- Head to the 'Receipts' section
- Choose the ride during which this issue occurred
- Scroll down to the bottom of the receipt and select Report an issue with this ride
- Choose the option closely related to your issue and follow instructions on screen to send your report. In your message, be sure to provide as much detail as possible about your feedback or issue so our team can assist promptly.
2. Anytime, directly through the Help menu:
- Open your Revel app and tap the menu icon at the top left (you must be logged in)
- Head to the 'Help' section
- Tap 'Contact Us'
- Follow the instructions to send us an SMS or Email. In your message, be sure to provide as much detail as possible about your feedback or issue so our team can assist promptly.
