Wait time fees help keep our platform running smoothly – try to be on time and ready to meet your driver when they arrive at the pickup location. These fees consist of a base fee plus a per-minute rate.

Pickup Wait Time: If your driver arrives at the pickup location and waits for more than 2 minutes, a wait time fee may apply.

Additional Stop Wait Time: If your driver arrives at an intermediate stop and waits for more than 2 minutes, an additional stop wait time fee may apply.

Cancellations: If your trip is canceled and a cancellation fee is charged, wait time fees will not apply.
- WAV Rides: Wait time fees do not apply to WAV (Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle) rides.
Riders with a disability who need more time to board a vehicle, or those who frequently accompany riders with disabilities who need more time to board a vehicle, can submit a waiver for wait time fees if their disability impacts their ability to board a vehicle within a few minutes of their driver’s arrival at the pickup location. Riders with a valid waiver for disability are exempt from wait time fees and will be refunded for previous wait time fee charges upon request.
