- Name
- Phone Number
- Date and time of charge
- Revel charging site (Bed-Stuy, South Williamsburg, Long Island City)
- Transaction amount
- Detail on your charge session billing issue along with any additional information regarding your charge session
Please note a $50 pre-authorization is associated with each charge session. This is only a pre-authorization and will be dropped from your statement within 3-5 business days (if not sooner) depending on your bank.
