If you are having trouble unlocking the moped on your first ride, you must complete a brief tutorial going over the moped basics. You must read and click ‘Next’ on the bottom right hand corner of the app through a few slides. Then you can select how many riders and unlock the helmet case to put on the helmet to complete the helmet selfie. Safe riding!
