At Revel, we take all Rideshare issues seriously. You can report an issue with your experience at the end of your ride. At the end of each rideshare, we ask that you rate your ride. There is a button at the bottom of the screen that allows you to submit additional information. In addition, you may report an issue by clicking Help in the app menu and following the process to report an issue with a past ride.
