If you'd like to report an issue you experienced with a driver during a ride:
- Open your Revel app and head to the Receipts page under the menu options.
- Choose the ride during which this issue occurred
- Scroll to the very bottom of the receipt and select Report an issue with this ride then Issue with driver.
- In your message, provide us with details about your feedback or the issue you experienced with a driver.
We take reports of driver issues very seriously. Our drivers are all professionally trained so that passengers can feel at ease. Each report is carefully reviewed to ensure we maintain a high standard of service.
