We have an in-house operations team that checks in on each of our Revels every 2-3 days to make sure they are in tip top condition for our riders. Occasionally riders still encounter an issue they want to bring to our attention.

No matter how you choose to let us know, please provide as much detail as possible. Having detailed information helps us troubleshoot the problem which means we can get the Revel back in service for you ASAP!
