If you arrive at a Revel and there is visible damage to the vehicle, you MUST report it before you begin your ride. As long as it does not appear unsafe to ride, you can continue your rental. If you ride the Revel without reporting the damage ahead of time you may be held responsible for the damage.
You can also report damage through the app by clicking the hamburger at the top of the map screen, clicking “Help” and clicking “Report an issue with this ride” please note:
- You MUST do this before you click “Start Ride”
- Please be as detailed as possible in the description and add photos for reference.
- If you need an immediate response you should give us a call at 855-690-9180.
If you have already started your ride, stop when it is safe to do so and report it within the app or call customer service at 855-690-9180.
