If you’re having trouble pushing the extra passenger foot rest back in, try gently pressing the foot rest in until it clicks once. If you try and push it in all the way, the foot rest will spring back open.
If the foot rest is broken, please report the damage in the app before you begin your ride.
You can report damage through the app by clicking the hamburger at the top of the map screen, clicking “Help” and clicking “Report an issue with this ride” please note:
- You MUST do this before you click “Start Ride”
