If you arrive at a Revel and there is visible damage to the vehicle, you MUST report it before you begin your ride. If you ride the Revel without reporting the damage ahead of time you may be held responsible for the damage. The good news is…it’s easy to avoid this! Just give our customer service center a call at 855-690-9180 and let us know what the problem is.
You can also report damage through the app by clicking the hamburger at the top of the map screen, clicking “Help” and clicking “Report an issue with this ride” please note:
- You MUST do this before you click “Start Ride”
- If you need an immediate response you should give us a call.
- Please leave a detailed description of the damage in the report and attach any photos for reference.
