If you arrive at a Revel and there is visible damage to the vehicle, you MUST report it before you begin your ride. If you ride the Revel without reporting the damage ahead of time you may be held responsible for the damage. The good news is…it’s easy to avoid this! You can also report damage through the app by clicking the hamburger at the top of the map screen, clicking “Help” and clicking “Report an issue with a ride” please note:
- You MUST do this before you click “Start Ride”
- Please leave a detailed description of the damage in the report and attach any photos for reference.
