If your Revel’s helmet case appears dirty or vandalized, but the helmets are in wearable condition you can still continue your rental. Just make sure you file a report through customer service before you begin your rental. You can do this by clicking the hamburger at the top of the map screen, clicking “Help” and clicking “Contact Us” please note:
- You MUST do this before you click “Start Ride”
- If you need an immediate response you should give us a call at 855-690-9180.
- Please leave a detailed description and photos of the damage.
If the helmets in the case are not in wearable condition, please file a report through customer service. You can do this in the app by clicking the hamburger at the top of the map screen, clicking “Help” and clicking “Contact Us”. Reserve another moped and please note:
IMPORTANT: It is illegal to ride without a helmet. If you ride the Revel without a helmet you are in violation of the membership agreement and are subject to a safety violation fee and/or suspension.
