If you arrive at a Revel and there is visible damage to the vehicle, you MUST report it before you begin your ride. If you ride the Revel without reporting the damage ahead of time you may be held responsible for the damage.
You can email us at support@gorevel.com to report any damages. Please be as detailed as possible in the description and add photos for reference. If you have already started your ride, stop when it is safe to do so and report it within the app.
