The Insurance Coverage Fee is applied to each ride and ensures that in the event of any damage to a moped during your rental, as long as you’re following our rules, you won’t be responsible for the cost of the moped damage. You are however required to call our support team within 24 hours to report the incident and we will file the appropriate claim with our insurance.
