Make sure you created a Revel charging account and that you are using the same phone number for both your Revel charging account and VIN verification form. If you do not have a charging account yet, create one here.
I saw this “Vehicle not eligible” message:
The VIN you provided is not associated with an eligible vehicle model or year for this program.
I saw this “Vehicle not eligible” message:
The license plate you entered during the VIN verification process an active TLC license plate. This program is not available for commercial use.
I saw this “Discount already applied” message:
The VIN you provided is already associated with a discount.
