If you have an active eBike subscription, you can navigate to the eBike Dashboard in the Revel app to request repairs.
To get there, you will need to do the following:
- Open the Revel app
- Click on the "eBikes" button in the navigation menu in the app to open your dashboard
- Click "Request Repairs" to submit a form where you will need to provide relevant information about what repairs need to be completed. Note: We do not schedule repairs on weekends and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
We are committed to fixing your bike as fast as possible. Please note, you will need to be available onsite while the repairs are being completed.
