Program Description
Short Message Service (“SMS” or text) or Multimedia Messaging Service (“MMS”) (collectively “text messages” or the “Service”) sent by Revel Transit Inc. (“Revel”, “Company”, “we”, or “our”) messages are intended to provide you with marketing and promotional information regarding Revel’s services. We may also provide you with transaction-related information. By opting in to receive text messages, you agree to receive recurring promotional and personalized text messages from Revel at the cell phone number provided.
Consent to receive marketing or non-marketing text messages is not required to purchase any products or services from Revel. Message frequency varies. By opting in, you also accept and agree to be bound by these SMS/MMS Text Messaging Terms & Conditions and any other applicable terms and conditions related to your use of Revel services, including Revel’s Terms of Use.
How to Opt-out
You may opt-out of these communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message from Revel.

Cost
Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with Revel text messages, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan, in addition to any applicable roaming charges. Revel does not impose a separate fee for sending Revel text messages; however, you are responsible for any fees imposed by your mobile carrier of any kind whatsoever.
Supported Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change from time to time. Messages may not be available on all mobile devices or through all wireless carriers.
